I hold an MBA in Management, a graduate certificate in Instructional Design & Technology, and a BA in Sociology - foundations that are deepened by ongoing professional learning, including through McKinsey Leadership Academy, Quality Matters, and the OACC Leadership Academy - among others. These experiences shape the strategic and human-centered lens I bring to every engagement.
