There is the work I do - and then there is the work beneath it.

The way I move through a space and see what it could become. The way I listen to an overwhelmed client and hear the story beneath their questions. The way I guide ideas, programs, and people through the fog toward something they can finally hold - or live inside. This work was born at the intersection of instruction and intention, structure and soul. Here’s the path that shaped it.

I Build Clarity Into Complexity

Way before this work was well - defined, I was designing strategies for teams, building programs in community spaces, and helping organizations shift from chaos to rhythm. Across higher education, nonprofits, and public service, I’ve built systems that make work more human - and more effective.

  • Not just strategy - Soulful structure.

  • Not just change - Transformation with a center.

I Design for Growth - Not Just Learning

My instructional design work lives in classrooms, learning management systems, training rooms, and Zoom calls - but its goal is always the same: real understanding that leads to confident action. I have designed learning paths, led leadership development efforts, coached teams, and shaped trainings for people in every kind of transition. Behind every module or curriculum is a human being trying to move forward. That’s who I design for.

I Believe Spaces Can Heal

Sometimes, the clearest transformation begins with what’s around us. I redesign rooms, rework furniture, and bring overlooked pieces back to life - not for show, but for story. Each redesign begins with what someone already has and wants to honor, not what they’ve been told to throw away.

I have staged homes, reimagined workspaces, and created corners of peace in chaotic seasons – often using reclaimed pieces and thoughtful touches. This isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about alignment. Because when a space begins to reflect who you are becoming, something shifts inside, too.

I have Always Served at the Edges

You will find me where people are rebuilding - their voice, their plans, their purpose. I have led in faculty development coalitions, served on local committees, presented at women’s conferences, and built programming for people moving through transition. Radio host. Educator. Facilitator. Nonprofit board member. Conference speaker. Every role rooted in the same belief:

  • everyone deserves to feel seen - and supported - in the process of becoming.

Credentials That Ground Me

I hold an MBA in Management, a graduate certificate in Instructional Design & Technology, and a BA in Sociology. I have completed professional development through McKinsey Academy, Quality Matters, and the OACC Leadership Academy - all of which shape the strategic and human-centered lens I bring to every engagement.

If you are wondering what qualifies me - it’s this:

I don’t just bring answers. I bring alignment.
I don’t just build things. I build what is needed, including what is already here.

And I do it all with a steady hand, a listening ear, and a deep respect for the quiet power of transformation.
