I Believe Spaces Can Heal

A personal design practice outside my professional work in learning design -
I apply the same philosophy to physical spaces...
Sometimes, the clearest transformation begins with what is around us. I have reorganized / designed rooms, reworked furniture, and brought overlooked pieces back to life - not for show, but for story. Each redesign begins with what someone already has and wants to honor, not what they have been told to throw away.

I have staged homes, reimagined workspaces, and created corners of peace in chaotic seasons - often using reclaimed pieces and thoughtful touches. This is not about aesthetics. It is about alignment. Because when a space begins to reflect who you are becoming, something shifts inside, too.

This same approach guides my work in organizational learning and leadership development - beginning with what exists, honoring what people bring, and creating environments where transformation becomes possible.
